Top 3 Home Maintenance Projects
Posted on Nov 22nd, 2017
- Lawn/landscape: Cooler temperatures mean that weeds in your lawn will turn brown. That makes it the perfect time to remove weeds and weedy patches. You can either resod larger areas, place sod plugs in smaller areas, or expand landscape designs to cover these areas.
- Cooler, dryer weather means it’s the perfect time to repaint the exterior of your home. You can seal cracks in the stucco, pressure wash stains from the exterior, and repaint from our pre-approved paint list.
- Wood fencing deteriorates over time, making it unsightly and unsafe. Evaluate your family’s needs and either remove old fencing completely, or replace all fence panels and posts while the cooler outdoor weather permits.
Remember that all outdoor alterations require approval from the HOA prior to beginning any project. Complete an “Alteration Application” form, found here on our website, and send it with the necessary items to McNeil Management. You will be notified by mail when your request has been approved.
