Board Meetings are held monthly unless otherwise noted on the Meeting Schedule ( link here). Please refer to the schedule for changes to the meeting location that may occur.

The next HOA Board meeting is scheduled for July 14, 2026 at 7 pm at the CDD Clubhouse. All homeowners are welcome to attend. (Meeting date and location subject to change with notice.)
Tuesday, October 20th, 7 pm at CDD Clubhouse
The annual HOA budget meeting is scheduled for October 20, 2026 at 7 pm at the CDD Clubhouse. Homeowners will receive a mailed notice prior to the meeting. All homeowners are encouraged to attend. (Meeting date and location subject to change with notice.)
