Board Meetings are held monthly unless otherwise noted on the Meeting Schedule ( link here). Please refer to the schedule for changes to the meeting location that may occur.
Tuesday, January 20th, 7 pm at CDD Clubhouse
The annual HOA meeting is scheduled for January 20, 2026 at 7 pm at the CDD Clubhouse. Homeowners will receive a mailed notice with a proxy prior to the meeting. If you cannot attend in person to vote for board members, please complete and return your proxy prior to the meeting. All homeowners are encouraged to attend.
