All 2018 annual assessments were due on January 1, 2018, and considered delinquent on February 1, 2018. Courtesy delinquency letters have been sent to homeowners whose payment has not been received. On March 5, 2018, homeowners with unpaid assessment balances will be sent to the Association attorney for collection action. You can avoid substantial fees and costs being added to your balance by ensuring your payment arrives prior to the end of February 2018.
