Reminders: Watch for these Violations
Posted on Jun 21st, 2017
Help keep our community looking its best at all times! You can help by following these two simple reminders:
  1. Trash and recycle cans must be stored out of view when not at the curb on trash collection days. They can be stored in the garage or behind a fence, but never in the driveway or on the side of the home in plain view.
  2. Dog owners must immediately pick up and throw away all pet droppings! This is a health and safety issue for our residents. It's also a county ordinance and pet owners may be fined by the county.

Summer safety
Posted on Jun 21st, 2017
Students are on summer vacation until August 10th. This means children and families will be outdoors playing, biking, and walking throughout the day. Please be extra careful when driving and always observe the posted speed limits. Summer vacation also means families may be traveling and away from home. If you notice suspicious behavior at your neighbor's home or anywhere in the community, please call HCSO at either 911 or the non-emergency number at (813) 247-8200. We want all our residents to have a safe summer!

Water Restrictions in Place
Posted on Jun 21st, 2017
The Southwest Florida Water Management District (SWFMD) has declared a Phase III Water Shortage to be in effect June 5, 2017, through August 1, 2017. These measures currently apply to all of Hillsborough and surrounding counties. Click here to find details on the restrictions and what day of the week you may water your lawn, based on your address.

Helpful Links for Community Issues
Posted on Feb 22nd, 2017
Hillsborough County and HCSO have resources to help residents deal with issues that are not covered by your HOA and property management team. Some examples include civil nuisances (such as noise or inadequate pet maintenance), criminal matters, trespassing, traffic matters, parking of vehicles on county-owned roads, etc., which must be addressed with the appropriate county agencies. Click here to learn more about these helpful resources.
